Year End Report 2002 - Net sales increased to SEK 1 339.2 million (1,126.8). - The loss after financial items was SEK -93.2 million (-34.3). The result after financial items includes items affecting comparability of SEK - 50.4 million (-15.0), including extra amortization of goodwill in the amount of SEK -43.7 million. - Earnings per share after full income tax totaled SEK -7.39 (-2.34). - The cash flow after investments was positive at SEK 99.2 million (-285.3). - The equity/assets ratio was 42.7% (42.4). - A collaboration agreement signed by PartnerTech and Saab Bofors Dynamics AB in 2002 included the acquisition of Saab's machining center in Karlskoga, which generates annual sales of approximately SEK 150 million.
