PRH has deregistered companies that have not filed their financial statements for registration
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) has removed from the Finnish Trade Register ca. 900 limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not filed their financial statements for registration.
The deregistered companies had not filed their financial statements despite reminder letters. The PRH had also informed the companies of the procedure using a number of communication channels.
The deregistered companies are listed on the prh.fi website:
- Read more about companies deregistered on 20.9.2021 in Finnish.
- Read more about companies deregistered on 20.9. 2021 in Swedish.
Deregistration means that the business is out of action.
Deregistered companies may apply for re-entry to the Finnish Trade Register.
The PRH's right to deregister companies that have not filed their financial statements is based in each case on either the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act or the Finnish Co-operatives Act.
