PRH has deregistered companies that have not filed their financial statements for registration
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) has removed from the Finnish Trade Register circa 600 limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not filed their financial statements for registration. Deregistration means that the business is out of action.
The deregistered companies had not filed their financial statements despite reminder letters. The PRH had also informed the companies of the procedure using a number of communication channels.
See the list of the companies deregistered on 30 January 2024 on the prh.fi website:

Deregistered companies may appeal the decision to the Helsinki Administrative Court.
Deregistration from the Trade Register is based in each case on either the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act or the Finnish Co-operatives Act.
