The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), which maintains the Finnish Trade Register, will deregister companies that have not filed their beneficial owner details despite requests to do so. This week, the PRH made an entry in the Finnish Trade Register of limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not filed their beneficial owner details despite the request. These companies will be ordered into liquidation or removed from the Finnish Trade Register if they do not file their notification of beneficial owners by 20 November 2024.Deregistration will take place in December
