KAREN ROCH JOINS THE MOODY•NOLAN TEAM AS ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Moody•Nolan, the nation’s largest African-American owned and operated architecture firm, adds marketing professional Karen Roch to the Moody•Nolan team as associate principal, business development. With nearly 30 years experience, Roch is a Certified Professional Services Marketer and a fellow of the Society of Professional Services Marketing (SMPS).
“We are beyond ecstatic to have someone with such a caliber of professional experience like Karen Roch join the Moody•Nolan team,” said Curt Moody, president and CEO of Moody•Nolan. “Her experience in healthcare marketing and business development will help expand our national presence and strongly establish our healthcare design expertise.”
Roch’s responsibility at Moody•Nolan includes working with all eight offices to build upon our strong design presence and grow the firm’s healthcare architecture practice.
“Karen brings a fresh perspective to the business development team and an extensive amount of experience,” Moody said. “She has established herself as a strong leader in business development and healthcare architecture. Having worked her way up the ladder and garnering an understanding in marketing research, development of collateral materials, project photography and public relations, she will be strong asset to the team.”
Roch earned her Bachelor of Arts, specializing in public relations, from The Ohio State University. Roch has lectured at the 2010 and 2008 SMPS Build Business National Conferences, the school of architecture at The Ohio State University, and authored “The Hidden Power of Client Testimonials,” a SMPS Foundation White Paper, and “New Family Center at Children’s Hospital Improves Quality of Life for Parents” for Health and Hospital News.
Significant projects from the Moody•Nolan Healthcare Studio includes The Ohio State University Cancer and Critical Care Tower, Cleveland Clinic Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente and the University of Illinois at Chicago Mile Square Health Center.
