Software Strategy Key to Continued Success with Clientele

OKLAHOMA CITYPaycom continues to make customer relations its top priority by naming Randy Peck as its Director of Software Strategy. In his new role, Peck is responsible for enhancing the customer experience by providing solutions for all its clients human capital needs through updates to Paycom’s already extensive suite of cloud-based payroll and human capital technology.

“Randy is a valuable asset to our company and has done an exceptional job as our Director of Operations,” Paycom CEO Chad Richison said. “I know he will continue that success as Director of Software Strategy where he will lead our software platform to better serve our clientele as we continue to expand our payroll and human capital technology.”

Peck, who has 20-plus year’s industry experience, has been a Paycom employee since 2002 where he first served as a sales team member before serving as Director of Operations, working specifically with payroll and production. His expertise will benefit Paycom as it continues to grow from a company and clientele perspective.

Peck resides in Edmond, Okla., with his family and received his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
