Paycom’s Detroit Office Becomes Newest Location

Paycom, a nationally recognized payroll and human capital management technology company, continues its expansion across the U.S. with the opening of its office in Detroit, Mich. This marks the third opening of a new location in 2013 for the Oklahoma City-based company that offers cutting-edge HR and payroll technology with customers of all sizes in every industry.

Kirsten LaTorre was selected to lead the newly opened Detroit office, located at 888 W. Big Beaver Rd., Suite 870, Troy, Mich. Over the last five years LaTorre has been providing Paycom’s cloud-based HR technology solutions to C-Level executives across the nation and was chosen based on her proficient understanding of payroll, HR and her ability to deliver strong direction to her staff and customers.

The Detroit site becomes Paycom’s 23rd sales office added to its national landscape. On April 11, 2013, Paycom opened its office in San Francisco, Calif., and in Jan. its Minneapolis, Minn., location was announced. In 2012, Paycom launched sales offices throughout the northeast including locations in New York and Boston.

With her experience, LaTorre is hiring a sales staff in the Detroit area to add to Paycom’s award-winning sales force, which was honored with a Stevie® Award for Sales Department of the Year – Financial Services category – in 2010 and for Best Sales Training Manager of the Year in 2011.
