Vince Capuana was selected to lead the newly opened Minneapolis office, located at 8500 Normandale Lake Blvd, Suite 710, Bloomington, Minn. Capuana has over 11 years of industry experience and was chosen based on his leadership skills and vast comprehension of payroll, HR and business process management technology.
