Des Moines – October 24, 2012 – Holmes Murphy & Associates has been named a Best Place to Work in Insurance. Holmes Murphy was ranked 3rd overall in the medium sized employer category, and 2nd in the retail broker category for medium sized employers. The ranking was published in the October 22nd issue of Business Insurance magazine, which annually ranks companies across the United States serving the commercial insurance market.
Business Insurance and Best Companies Group conducted an in-depth evaluation to determine the Best Places to Work. The assessment involved a confidential employee engagement and satisfaction survey to evaluate the corporate culture and employees’ workplace experience. An additional survey collected information about benefit programs and company policies.
