PEN Concept Group AB: disclosure Notice

The Chairman of the Board and the majority owner of PEN Concept Group AB, Robert Wu, through related companies Oboya Holding HK Ltd, on March 9, 2020, sold 6,250,000 shares for personal financial reasons.

Following the transaction, Robert Wu's holdings through related companies are reduced from 36.0 percent to 23.4 percent of the capital and voting share.
