PEN Concept Group chairman of the board Robert Wu increasing his shareholding

Robert Wu, chairman of the board and majority owner in PEN Concept Group AB, has recently increased his shareholding in two separate transactions at Aktietorget. Both transactions were done through the company Vilujo Invest and were reported to Finansinspektionen (Sweden's financial supervisory authority) on each transactional day respectively.

On August 30 additional 10.000 shares were purchased at rate 4,16 SEK.
On September 15, additional 10.000 shares were purchased at rate 4,51 SEK.
