Pursuant to Section 30 of the Consolidated Act no. 198 of 26 February 2024 on capital markets, as amended, Penneo A/S hereby announces that on 28 January 2025, Penneo A/S was informed by Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension that Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension no longer holds any shares or voting rights in Penneo A/S.
