Pursuant to Section 30 of the Consolidated Act no. 198 of 26 February 2024 on capital markets, as amended, Penneo A/S hereby announces that on 3 February 2025, Penneo A/S received the following notifications from major shareholders in Penneo:

  • Nicolaj Højer Nielsen no longer holds any shares or voting rights in Penneo A/S, whether directly or indirectly through Biostrat Biotech Consulting ApS. 
  • Mikkel Clausen no longer holds any shares or voting rights in Penneo A/S, whether directly or indirectly through Clausen Online ApS.
  • Jan Flora no longer holds any shares or voting rights in Penneo A/S, whether directly or indirectly through Flora IT ApS.
