Preliminary audit of financial statements: Penneo realises EBITDA above guided range for 2021

Preliminary EBITDA result
The preliminary EBITDA amounts to negative 14.1M DKK compared to the guided range of negative 15M-20M DKK as announced in Company Announcement No. 7-2021.

Preliminary ARR result
The preliminary ARR amounts to 55.5M DKK which is within the guidance of 54-57M DKK, announced in Company Announcement No. 24-2021.

Annual report release
Penneo’s annual report is expected to be released on 21 February 2022, which is sooner than announced in the financial calendar, as a consequence to the ongoing Main Market listing process.
