FundedByMe’s co-founder and Head of Product increase his holding in the company with additional 4350 A-shares

FundedByMe’s co-founder and Head of Product, Arno Smit increases his holding in the company by purchasing a total of 4350 A shares, through his company. The purchase was made outside the market and the price was decided based on the average market price for the FundedByMe A-share on April 5:th, 2019, resulting in 11,50 SEK per share. The purchase was made directly from the chairman Johan Jörgensen’s company Complicata AB.

After the transaction, Arno Smit holding in the company amounts to a total of 278,956 shares, divided between 251,058 class A shares (through his company) and 27,898 class B shares (through his company).
