NOTICE FSII Sweden Holdings AB, reg. no. 556643-8072, ("Fisher") owns approximately 93.6 % of all shares in Perbio Science AB (publ), reg. no. 556567-0626, ("Perbio"), representing the equivalent percentage of the votes for all shares in Perbio. In accordance with Chapter 14, Section 31 of the Swedish Companies Act, Fisher is entitled to compel the remaining shareholders in Perbio to sell their shares. Fisher has decided to use this right. An agreement with the remaining shareholders has not been reached. Fisher has therefore, in accordance with Chapter 14, Section 32 of the Swedish Companies Act, made a request to the Board of Directors of Perbio that the dispute be referred to arbitration. Fisher has appointed as arbitrator advokat Jonas Bratt, Andrén Bratt Isacsson Advokatbyrå AB, Norrlandsgatan 16, SE-111 43 Stockholm, Sweden, phone: +46 8 5453 22 00, fax: +46 8 5453 22 01. The remaining shareholders are hereby requested to present their selection of arbitrator in writing to Perbio Science AB (publ), att. Annika Hultkrantz, Knutpunkten 34, SE-252 78 Helsingborg, Sweden. If the shareholders have not within the prescribed time named a joint arbitrator, the Board of Directors of Perbio will, in accordance with Chapter 14, Section 32 of the Swedish Companies Act, request the district court in Helsingborg to appoint a legal representative. The legal representative will then apply for the appointment of an arbitrator and look after the rights of absent shareholders in the dispute.
