Proposal regarding a nomination committee in Perbio Science AB Shareholders together representing approximately 12 per cent of the shares in Perbio Science have informed the Company of their intention to propose at the Annual General Meeting on 18 April that the Chairman of the Board shall be commissioned to, in good time before the next Annual General Meeting, establish a nomination committee composed of, besides the Chairman of the Board, three to four Directors representing a wide circle of owners with the responsibility to prepare and set out proposals for the election of the Board of Directors as well as remuneration to the Board of Directors and the Auditors.
