Environmental Scientifics Group acquires two new companies

Addition of Henley Water and Q-Lab extend market leading testing and analysis capabilities across the UK and Ireland

Environmental Scientifics Group (ESG), the UK’s leading environmental compliance specialist is pleased to announce the addition of two new companies into the Group – Henley Water Ltd and Q-Lab Ltd. Henley Water Ltd, based in Amersham provides comprehensive bespoke water treatment and water hygiene solutions to the property and facility management markets. This acquisition totally complements ESG’s existing capability by bringing significant expertise in the area of water treatment technology. Q-Lab is a leading Irish Laboratory offering solutions in water and food analysis throughout Ireland and has been offering its customer base INAB accredited testing services for the past 15 years. These acquisitions add 6 new labs and 35 employees to the Group as well as an additional 700 customers.
