Additional proposal for new Board members in Pergo Referring to a press release on August 14, 2004, regarding nominations to the Pergo Board of Directors, before the Extraordinary General Meeting on August 19, 2004. Now, the company Nomination Committee has, in addition to Karl Stenström, Chairman of the Board in Thomas Concrete Corp., Atlanta, USA and Jan Söderberg, Board member in Osix AB, Hardford AB and Five Star Destinations, Inc., USA, nominated Fredrik Gradin, President and CEO in Explorer Group Inc., USA, to the Pergo Board.
