Counterparty withdraws legal claim against Pergo In 1998, Fasetten Handels AB brought a lawsuit against Pergo in the Stockholm City Court, claiming that Pergo had contravened the Marketing Practices Act and presented a demand for damages totalling SEK 14 M. Following an exchange of letters in the presence of the Stockholm City Court, Fasetten no longer claims that Pergo was guilty of contravening the Marketing Practices Act and has thus withdrawn its claim against Pergo. Accordingly, the dispute will be cancelled without any further costs for Pergo except from legal counsel fees.
