Court of Appeal in the United States will try click joint case On March 22, 2002, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) confirmed its preliminary ruling from November, 2001, when the ITC announced that joints manufactured by Pergo under licence from Unilin do not violate the patent held by Välinge Aluminium AB. The ruling means that Pergo is free to import and sell products with these joints in the US without restrictions. As earlier communicated has Välinge AB filed an appeal to The Court of Appeal for The Federal Circuit. Court of Appeal will now try the case. The decision is expected at the latest during 2003.
