New CEO and President appointed at Pergo

New CEO and President appointed at Pergo Pergo is implementing an action program, which targets a profit improvement of at least 400 MSEK over a two-year period. The process to radically improve the profitability of the group requires deep knowledge of the industry and a total commitment from top management. The board of directors has therefore and in agreement with Mr Michael Boris-Möller decided that the group should be managed by another person. Mr Michael Boris-Möller will leave his position immediately. The board has appointed Dr Raimo Issal, presently Executive vice President at Pergo as new CEO and President of Pergo AB. Dr Raimo Issal will assume this position immediately.
