New date for Pergo's Annual General Meeting Pergo's Annual General Meeting will be held on April 22, instead of May 8 as announced previously. The question regarding the merger of Pergo and Witex should be presented to the shareholders as soon as possible. Accordingly, the Board of Directors decided to advance the date for the Annual General Meeting. An information brochure regarding the merger will be distributed to the shareholders at the beginning of April. The notification to attend the Annual General Meeting will be published as usual in the near future.
