New patent granted for Pergo

Pergo (Europe) AB and Pergo, Inc. are proud to announce that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted U.S. Patent No.6,860,074, which guarantees exclusive rights in our PERGO® SimpleSolutions™ Four-in-One Molding.

As previously communicated, this patent will ensure protection of the innovative all-inclusive, snap-together molding system, which has demonstrated to offer significant savings in both time and cost for retailers, installers and consumers in handling these types of accessories. PERGO SimpleSolutions Four-in-One Moldings are being manufactured in a brand new 60,000-square-foot facility, which opened in Garner, N.C. June 2004. Dedicated exclusively to the production of moldings and surface accessories, primarily for the US market, the plant is fully automated and equipped with state-of-the art systems and technology.
