Pergo comments information in the press

Pergo comments information in the press With reference to the article presented in the Swedish newspaper "Dagens Industri" September 19, 2002 the Board states that the company has had a positive result development during the first half of 2002 and that Pergo is performing according to plan. This is presented in the interim report dated July 22,2002. The development of the laminate flooring market during the last years has led to that there are contacts from time to time between the participants in the industry. Pergo does not comment on specific information on such contacts.
