Proposal for a new board member on the board of directors for Pergo AB As AB Custos today owns 22,2 % of the shares in Pergo and therefore is a large shareholder in Pergo, it proposes that Michael Nachemson, President of AB Custos is to become a new member of the board of Pergo and that the proposal is to be dealt with at the extra general meeting on February 7, 2002.
