Proposal for new Board members in Pergo As announced on July 29, 2004 in the invitation to the Extraordinary General Meeting on August 19, 2004 in Pergo AB, the shareholder Explorer Capital Investments, representing more than 10 % of all votes and shares in Pergo AB, has called for the election of new Board members in Pergo. For the above reason a proposal has been received to, in additon to the present Board members, add the following persons to the Board: Karl Stenström, Chairman of the Board in Thomas Concrete Corp., Atlanta, USA and Jan Söderberg, Board member in Osix AB, Hardford AB and Five Star Destinations, Inc. One more name could be proposed to the Board before the Extraordinary General Meeting. Shareholders representing about 33 % of the shares have declared that they stand behind the proposal.
