Rights issue in Pergo subscribed to 99.7%

Rights issue in Pergo subscribed to 99.7% Final results show that Pergo's rights issue has been subscribed to 99.7% after completion of allotment. A total of 35,672,255 shares, corresponding to SEK 392,394,805, were subscribed for in the rights issue, whereof 519,436 shares were subscribed for without preferential rights. The rights issue increases the share capital to SEK 535,696,850 and the number of shares to 53,569,685. The newly issued shares are expected to be available for trading on the O-list of the Stockholm Exchange on March 18, 2002.
