Rights issue in Pergo subscribed to over 98%

Rights issue in Pergo subscribed to over 98% Preliminary results indicate that Pergo's rights issue of SEK 394 M has been subscribed to over 98% at the end of the subscription period on March 1, 2002. Pergo intends to make public the final results of the rights issue no later than March 11, 2002.
