Successful Fair presence of experts in the field of Perimeter Protection
This year's Security Essen was from 25-28th September 2012 and opened its doors for its 20th anniversary. About 1,100 exhibitors from 40 countries presented their innovative products and solutions for the world's most important platform of the industry.
As a renowned & established manufacturer of products and systems for perimeter security, the experts at Perimeter Protection Group had to be there. The company from Salzkotten successfully presented its innovative and pioneering portfolio and set new standards with high-quality, mechanical and electronic security solutions.
Exhibition highlights were the detection systems PowerSec, Medusa, GroundSec, MicSec and Miles. The company has a very wide range of professional perimeter detection systems and visitors to the stand were able to actively convince themselves of the operation of BHE - certified detection solutions such as security fence systems with pinpoint detection, radar surveillance or ground detection systems.
Furthermore, the Wedge Barrier and the innovative M30/M50 bollards attracted keen interest with maximum resistance at a very shallow foundation. E.g. the foundation of the fixed M50 bollard scored with a foundation depth of only 400mm plus 100mm about paving – a milestone in the field of road blocking type products.
The successful Fair presence was rounded of by the Perimeter Protection App – software, which allows the operation of all functions of the new automatic control board We-Tronic II via smartphone. In future the WE-Tronic II will be applicable to the entire portfolio of Perimeter Protection Group. To consistently continue this step "One for all” the innovative App allows controlling of every product that uses the WE-Tronic II as an universal platform. Thanks to the new app - function in addition to controlling of the quick folding gate - EntraQuick (open / close / stop) now all the states of the gate are available. That allows immediate recognition as to whether a security element has triggered during a process or it shows off the current status of the gate. Comprehensive diagnostic functions gives access to all relevant data, helps to identify and define potential errors. Even setting of control parameters is then simply and easily carried via smartphone. Programming at the control board is old technology: additional functions can easily be switched on or off via smartphone. As part of this, the company exclusively raffled an iPhone 5 among the visitors to their stand. "We are very pleased with the fairs outcome" says Sales Manager Stephan Stephani and ads "The interest in our new solutions, such as the App – control and in particular the detection system shows us that we have backed the right horse. The move from a supplier of fences and sliding gate-systems to a provider of complex electronic and mechanical solutions has been proven right. Especially the integrated approach and the cooperation with partners in the field of video technology and access control makes us a partner of the professionals. "
