PET® Dairy Gets Ready for Summer by Announcing New Homemade Vanilla and Limited Edition Flavors
PET Dairy brings the taste of homemade goodness to its vanilla ice cream; New flavor will be first Pet Dairy product to feature new packaging design
Known for making the freshest, best-tasting dairy products possible, PET® Dairy today announced the company has added Homemade Vanilla to its roster of delicious, premium ice cream flavors found on supermarket shelves throughout the region. In addition, the new Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream will be the first PET Dairy product to feature the new packaging design that emphasizes the company’s focus on creating quality products that feature “the taste of homemade goodness” in every bite.
“Vanilla ice cream is one of life’s little joys, and we are excited about adding this delicious, longtime favorite flavor to our line-up of premium, high-quality ice creams,” said Riley Cordell, director of sales for PET Dairy. “Since PET Dairy uses the freshest cream from our dairies and real vanilla, our Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream will have the same authentic taste as if the Vanilla Ice Cream was hand-cranked at home.”

In addition to the new Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, PET Dairy is pleased to unveil four limited-edition seasonal flavors for 2015. Each seasonal flavor has a limited time of availability, but all of them feature a bold yet delicious taste that everyone can enjoy regardless of the time of year. Here are the beloved flavors for this year:
- Red Velvet Cake: A delicious flavor based on one of the most delectable foods – the Red Velvet Cake. This flavor pairs red velvet cake flavored ice cream with a unique blend of actual pieces of red velvet cake and cream cheese icing to make one of the most irresistible treats of all. (available through May)
- Lemon Meringue Pie: A unique flavor that blends the rich, tart taste of homemade lemon curd with a burst of fresh lemon sauce and bits of graham crackers to create an incredibly decadent ice cream treat. (available July – August)
- Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake Ice Cream: Destined to become an all-time favorite, this classic flavor combines a rich cheese cake flavored ice cream with swirls of a delicious salted caramel sauce and pieces of cheesecake. (available August - October)
- Peppermint Bark Moose Tracks®: A delightful flavor that combines peppermint flavored ice cream with crunchy peppermint bark and our famous Moose Tracks Fudge to create the ultimate holiday delight. (available November - January)
In addition to introducing four new seasonal favors, PET Dairy is also pleased to announce the company has added a new delightful flavor that will help celebrate any day of the year. Available throughout the year, the Birthday Cake Ice Cream Sandwiches will deliver the festive taste of cake-flavored ice cream with swirls of blue frosting and confetti sprinkles in between two vanilla wafers.
