DELIVERY OF “PETROJACK IV"

Reference to stock exchange notice 14 November 2008.


Petrojack IV, a Baker Pacific Class 375 design, has been built at Jurong Shipyard Pty in Singapore.


Petrojack IV Pte Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Petrojack ASA, has taken delivery of the Petrojack IV.


The rig will from 23 January 2009 go on contact with PTT Exploration & Production Public Company Limited.
