NEW CEO IN PETROJACK ASA

Lars Moldestad has resigned from the position as Chief Executive Officer of PetroJack ASA. Lars Moldestad has recently entered into the Board of Directors of PetroMENA ASA, a company indirectly controlled by PetroJack ASA.
