Petrojack ASA has on 17 September 2008 extended a forward contract of 12.383.000 shares in PetroProd Ltd.
New delivery date is 17 December 2008.

After the above mentioned transaction, Petrojack ASA controls 36.958.800 shares in PetroProd Ltd,
corresponding to 42,23% of the shares outstanding in PetroProd Ltd.
