PETROJACK ASA - NOTICE FROM BONDHOLDERS' MEETINGS

Reference is made to the summons letter published 7 November 2008 by Petrojack ASA (“the Company”). On 19 November 2008 a bondholder meeting was arranged in each of the three bond loans of Petrojack ASA with ISIN NO 001031832.2, ISIN NO 001031831.4 and ISIN NO 001036291.6 (“the Loans”). The bondholders’ meetings in each of the three Loans approved the amendments that were proposed in the summons letter as of 7 November 2008. Please find attached the Notice from the Bondholders meetings.
