Petrojack ASA, the main owner of Petroprod Ltd. (42.2 %), has made the following proposal for a combination of Det norske Oljeselskap ASA and Petroprod Ltd., by way of a voluntary offer for Petroprod Ltd. by Det norske Oljesekskap ASA,
in a letter to the boards of Petroprod Ltd.and Det norske Oljeselskap ASA.
