RESULT FROM BONDHOLDERS' MEETING

Reference is made to Petrojack ASA’s announcement of 22 January 2010 regarding the summons to a bondholders’ meeting on 1 February 2010 in the bond loan referred to as “US$200,000,000 Senior Secured Open Bond Issue 2006/2012” (ISIN NO 001031832.2), and to Norsk Tillitsmann ASA's summons to such bondholders' meeting attached thereto. The bondholders' meeting was held yesterday, and all the proposed resolutions were adopted in accordance with the summons.
