CHANGE OF STRATEGY / CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT

Petrolia ASA have had a difficult financial situation the last year with a Change of Management and Change of Board of Directors.

In an Extraordinary General Meeting on the 17th December 2010 the company added on an Oil & Gas Division in addition to the previous Drilling and Well Division and the Oil Service Division.

The current temporary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ørnulf Samdal, Advocate will now concentrate again fully on Petrolia claims and legal matters as before as Petrolia’s Internal Lawyer.

The current Chief Operational  Officer (COO) Kjetil Forland is appointed Managing Director (Adm. Dir./Daglig leder) and will concentrate on Petrolia’s future business in the Oil & Gas industry.

Petrolia is thankful for the excellent work Mr. Samdal has carried out for the company for the last 9 months during the transition phase to the New Petrolia.
