CHANGE OF THE NAME OF THE COMPANY

Refer to the stock exchange notice on the 17 December 2010.

Following resolution was passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting on the 17 December 2010 :

The Company’s name  is changed from Petrolia Drilling ASA to

PETROLIA ASA

The new company name was registered in the Register of Business Enterprises on the 30 December 2010.

On the Oslo Stock Exchange the company is still listed under the symbol :    PDR.
