CHANGE OF THE NAME OF THE COMPANY

Refer to the stock exchange notice on the 23 November 2012.

Following resolution was passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting on the 23 November 2012:

The Company's name is changed from Petrolia E&P Holdings SE to

PETROLIA SE

The new company name was registered in the Registrar of Companies on the 29 January 2013.

On the Oslo Stock Exchange the company is still listed under the symbol : PDR.
