CORRECTIONS – MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Larsen Oil & Gas AS, a company controlled by related party of the Chairman of Petrolia SE and the Chairman, Berge Gerdt Larsen, has on the 28th of February bought 578 350 shares in Petrolia SE at a price of NOK 6,50 per share.

Following this transaction Larsen Oil & Gas AS and related parties owns 6 308 616 shares in Petrolia SE, which equals 23,16% of issued shares in the company.
