Venture Drilling AS, a 100% subsidiary of Petrolia ASA has on the 3rd October bought 2.000.000 shares in Rocksource ASA (RGT).

Following the transaction Venture Drilling AS owns 17.719.527 shares in Rocksource ASA, which equals 5,09% of issued shares in the company.
