Disclosure of major shareholding in Rocksource ASA

Venture Drilling AS, a 100% subsidiary of Petrolia ASA has today bought  4.025.622  shares in Rocksource ASA (RGT).

Following the transaction the Petrolia group owns 37.466.825 shares in Rocksource ASA, which equals 10.76% of issued shares in the company.
