First day of trading, Petrolia E&P Holdings SE

Reference is made to the Company's stock exchange notice on 26 October 2012 announcing the completion of the cross-border merger between Petrolia ASA and Petrolia E&P Holdings Plc, resulting in the creation of Petrolia E&P Holdings SE.The shares of Petrolia E&P Holdings SE will start trading on Oslo Stock Exchange under ticker symbol "PDR" today.
