Forland Holding AS, a company controlled by the Managing Director of Petrolia ASA, Kjetil Forland, has on the 1st of June 2012 bought 44,000 shares in Petrolia ASA at a price of NOK 0.50 per share.

Following the transaction Forland Holding AS controls 344,000 shares in Petrolia ASA, which equals 0,11% of issued shares in the company.
