NEW CEO IN PETROLIA DRILLING ASA

Mr. Lars Moldestad has resigned from the position as Chief Executive Officer of Petrolia Drilling ASA. Lars Moldestad had recently entered into the Board of Directors of PetroMENA ASA, a company owned 51.5% by Petrolia Drilling ASA. Mr. Moldestad will focus his attention on the turmoil surrounding PetroMENA ASA. Lars Moldestad is succeeded by Mr. Bernt Skeie as CEO of Petrolia Drilling ASA.
