Petrolia Drilling ASA, has on 28. April 2008,
extended a forward contract of 8.333.333 shares
in PetroMENA ASA. New delivery date is 28 July 2008.

After the above mentioned transaction, Petrolia
Drilling ASA controls 68.207.451 shares in
PetroMENA ASA, including the above mention forward
contract, corresponding to 50,77% of the shares
outstanding in PetroMENA ASA.
