PDR ASA - DISCLOSURE OF HOLDINGS

On 8 February 2008 Petrolia Drilling ASA purchased
200,000 shares in PetroMENA ASA at NOK 12.50.

Following the purchase of shares in PetroMENA ASA,
Petrolia Drilling ASA holds 68.163.951 of total
outstanding shares representing 50.74 % of
outstanding shares and votes in PetroMENA ASA.
