PDR ASA - MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Mr. Lars Moldestad, Managing Director of Petrolia
Drilling ASA, has on 11 January 2008 settled a
forward contract and taken delivery of 2.000.000
shares in PDR ASA at a price of 2,8706 pr. share.

This transaction has been done through Norwegian
Oil Company AS, a company that is 100% owned by
Mr. Moldestad.

Following this transaction, Mr. Moldestad owns
4.003.201 shares in Petrolia Drilling ASA, plus an
American call option of 1.500.000 shares with a
strike price of NOK 3,00 per share, representing a
total of 0,54% of the shares outstanding in
Petrolia Drilling ASA.
