PDR ASA - NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Independent Oil & Resources ASA has on 13 March
2008 sold 49,382,000 shares in Petrolia Drilling
ASA (`PDR`).

At the same time Independent Oil & Resources ASA
has bought a forward contract of 49,382,000 shares
with 11. June 2008 delivery.

After this transaction, Independent Oil & Resources
ASA controls 224.902.747 shares in PDR,
corresponding to 22,22 percent of the shares
outstanding in PDR.
